You can permanently delete your My Pet Family account and all associated
data using this page or from within the app via Menu → Profile → Delete Account.
⚠️ This action is irreversible. Once confirmed, your account and all data
will be scheduled for permanent deletion.
What will be deleted
- Your user account and login credentials
- All pet profiles you own
- All health, feeding, activity records and reminders
- All uploaded photos and documents
- Shared pet access granted to other users
- Push notification tokens and session data
What will NOT be deleted
- Pets shared with you that are owned by another user — those remain on
the owner's account
- Anonymised or aggregated statistics that cannot be linked back to you
Request Account Deletion
✅ Your deletion request has been received. Your account will be permanently deleted within
30 days. You will receive a confirmation e-mail shortly.
If you log in again before that period, the deletion will be cancelled.
